One of televisions biggest stars got himself in some real trouble at the Metropolitan Costume Ball the other night. While partying at a downtown hotspot allegedly Kiefer Sutherland got into an argument and headbutted Designer, Jack McCullough. The designer might have suffered a broken nose, he filed a police report on Tuesday and today Kiefer turned himself in at the 1st Precinct in downtown Tribeca.

Kiefer accompanied by his lawyers arrived at 4pm and departed 2 hours later with a smile on his face. We heard he was given a desk appearance summons but no further information was received. Kiefer is to start shooting on his new film ” Twelve ” early next week.
