Nadya “Octomom” Sulaman exits a taxi with friend and is swarmed by paparazzi, Octomom sceams, laughs and spins as she is lost. With paps leading the way the crowd grows and octomom finally enters an office building. where she begins to laugh hysterically.

As she leaves the building with her friend and a pair of photographers, she joins in with a crowd of highschool kids.

She enters a garage where she gets stuck in elevator as 10 paps crowd in, next we race upstairs and get shots as she sits in a car.
