ELLIOT MINTZ - The friendly and dapper celebrity spokesman expressed his in-depth opinion regarding Lindsay Lohan’s jail sentence. He is very opposed to her having to serve time and watch the video to hear exactly how Elliot feels.
SHAUNA SAND & LAURENCE - Shauna was so sexy, so hot and on fire tonight! She was with her new French assistant/boyfriend/future ex-husband and the two played around and she did some cool kicks. How does she feel about Lindsay going to jail? “She deserves it.” She received a new purse as a gift. Shauna talked about all kinds of fun things and was very entertaining.

LINDSAY LOHAN - Naughty girl out on the town! She has been in a lot of highly publicized trouble lately, but that did not stop her from partying. Everyone deserves to have fun, including her. It was very brief…she was in the passenger seat of a big SUV and held up a script in front of her famous face with the word “Untitled.” As it drove by, she was laughing and played hide-and-seek. A bunch of paparazzi vehicles took chase along the Sunset Strip and I got a report that she went straight home and there was no shot of her there. It was around 1: 30 am.
A few “DANCING WITH THE STARS” Celebs were out on the town.
JAKE PAVELKA and VIENNA - The happy couple were hungry. Hear what Jake had to say about crazy rumors.
LOUIS VAN AMSTEL - The friendly dancer talked all about tonight’s performance and sent a shout-out to Betty White urging her to come on the show next season. He also addressed rumors and who he would like to go up against should he make it to the final.
MAKS CHMERKOVSKIY and TONY DOVOLANI - I got plenty of footage of the talented dancers and good friends making milkshakes and having a blast. They both sent out messages to Betty White, who they would love to have on next season and they discussed crazy rumors. EXCLUSIVE Saturday night, CHRIS BROWN, RHIANNA’S ex, leaves IRONMAN 2 at 2:40 A.M., with Posse and two girls. Friday night I shot video of Maria Conchita Alonzo, Lady Victoria Hervey and Avril Lavigne’s ex Derek Whibley at TROUSDALE. Rest of week, was weak, to say the least, wrecks and rescues.
What a slow week. Absolutely nothing of interest. Last night, a guy was being arrested by security guards outside of CLUB VOYEUR. After handcuffing the offender, the security guys called the “real cops”. They showed up quickly and took the situation in hand. The arrestee seemed angry with his treatment. The Sheriffs finally had to shove him into their cruiser. While I was shooting, one of the doormen, a large white guy, with a shaved head, started ordering me to move to another area. As I was shooting Doug Reinhardt at the time, I told him to take a hike. This guy seems to think he owns the public sidewalk, and that he is the law on the street. He works for 7969 (VOYEUR) as a bouncer, and really needs to stay inside his area of employment, instead of inviting a lawsuit, for him, as well as his employers, by trying to intimidate people on the public sidewalk. He certainly needs to be kept inside the notorious club, for which he is employed.
I started at 1:30 A.M., in misting rain, for an after Academy Awards party at BOA. Several celebs left after 2 A.M., including ADRIAN BRODY, QUENTIN TARANTINO, JAMIE FOXX, ROSARIO DAWSON, and several other television stars I did not recognize.
I shot a little footage of the clubgoers from across the street, at TROUSDALE, where BAR ONE was located, back in the early 1990s. JOHN and ANTHONY SCOTTO had owned the place back then. JOHN went to prison for a while, so ANTHONY ran the place. When JOHN got out, he and ANTHONY were in a family feud, for some reason. Finally to settle it, their Mom flew in from NYC.
Everyone listens to MOM, especially when she is married to the Boss of the Waterfront, TOUGH TONY SCOTTO,NYC legend. Soon, ANTHONY moved back to The City, and JOHN did what he does best.
Coincidentally, the building housing BOA, today, was known as LUCKMAN PLAZA, back then, and housed the offices of imprisoned Hollywood Private Investigator, ANTHONY PELLICANO.
This night, March 7th, 2010, the girls exiting the new TROUSDALE (BAR ONE), looked hot. Clientele seemed to be interesting. No club sign. I marked this spot down as a place which had potential Looked like “THE BOYS” were back in town.
Later in the month, I had gone out several times, to no avail, then finally on Friday night, early morning, March 14th, I got a call from one of my sources, saying that BRODY JENNER and AVRIL LAVIGNE had just gone into VOYEUR. which was known as PEANUTS, or GRANVILLE, in the day. I scrambled to get there, then waited for two hours for the hot, young couple, if indeed, they were a couple.
Finally, after 2:30 A.M., BRODY and AVRIL were spotted at the back of the parking lot. We shot them at a distance, in the dark, but could not see clearly what was going on. They cut down the alleyway behind the club, to emerge on the back of the other parking lot, where they got into a car and roared out, with BRODY covering AVRIL in the back seat. It would appear that there was something going on with the two. Were they really a couple?
I solved that puzzle when I returned home and brightened my video. There in the shadows was BRODY and AVRIL, who seemed to be friendly to each other, but not romantic. There was also another guy there, with a small mustache, with whom AVRIL was acting romantically. They seemed anxious not to be spotted together, but got into the car with BRODY, together.
I think the mustache guy and AVRIL are the new couple, not BRODY and AVRIL. Too bad, I would have named the new couple AVBRO. Sounds rough and sexy, and is certainly better than BROAV. Oh well, crappy footage in the dark, it probably would not have sold, anyway.
I patrolled town for a while, Saturday night. Sat outside PALIHOUSE, on Holloway, thought PARIS HILTON left, got the video, but it just looks like a PARIS imitator. Left there, followed police cars to the SUNSET STRIP. Nothing serious, or interesting, so I checked out the club, at the end of THE STRIP, TROUSDALE, that I had spotted on Academy Awards night.
There were several limos outside of the location, as I sat in the exact spot from which I had photographed SLY STALLONE leaving BAR ONE, back in the early 1990s, with a blonde model. A chase had insued, which resulted in my rental HONDA Civic being rammed numerous times by the 2 seater Mercedes driven by the RAMBO star. The resulting chase through the streets of West Hollywood was comparable to STALLONE’S best movie, DEATH RACE 2000. That incident started my video paparazzing. The rest is history.
The first to come out of the bar appeared to be NICK STAHL. A couple of autograph seekers stayed tucked in, next to the entrance, so I was pretty sure there was someone still there.
I saw BRENT BOLTHOUSE, the impresario behind TROUSDALE, who reportedly introduced TIGER WOODS to Porn Actress Holly Sampson, was there, in charge, and I felt that this was indeed, a place of interest. BRENT has always had a celebrity clientele. RON, from the old days at the celebrity packed MONKEY BAR, was there, too, and was almost run over by the celeb I had been waiting for, THE FLYING TOMATO, SHAWN WHITE, OLYMPIC GOLD MEDAL winner. The redheaded snowboarder appeared and walked, arm in arm, with a friend, to his waiting vehicle. There he climbed into the back seat with his friend. As they left, the autograph collectors got their prizes, as SHAWN signed pictures for them.
As they pulled away, SHAWN hanged out the passenger’s window, and tapped on the car’s windshield, next to them, which had a pretty girl inside. Just having fun, literally hanging out, in HOLLYWOOD!
I will finally post this report, as the full cycle seems to be completed. BAR ONE 1990s to BAR ONE 2010!
SARAH SILVERMAN and YEHYA - The funny lady chatted with the amusing guy. Sarah joked around about a relationship she was having with the male companion she was with. She said the rumor of Brad and Angelina breaking up is something invented.
TOM SELLECK and YEHYA - “Magnum P.I” signed a picture for Yehya and talked about his new series. He was very pleasant.

RAY J - Full of energy! Ray J joked around and put on quite a show. He talked about the kind of ladies he loves and why they appeal to him…and left with a couple. He loves Armenians, Armenian girls and the Middle Eastern culture. He stated that he also loves black people, white people and all others. He also loves the cross-over culture!
OLIVER TREVENA - The cool Brit introduced his fiance, Alison. She is beautiful and they looked very happy together. Are they really going to get married? According to Oliver…absolutely. Next month!
SNOOKI and her East Coast crew partied hardy with Leo DiCaprio, Lindsay Lohan (If you believe any of the collectors’ stories, I never saw either of them), but I did see Paris Hilton’s old friend, SCARY MOVIE 3′S star, SIMON REX, mooching cigs from the paps, and lovely, long stemmed DWTS dancer, STACEY KIEBLER, buzzing around the parking lot.
Then the NJ Mob came hustling out the front door of the hot, West Hollywood night club, VOYEUR, I had no idea who they were, but I still managed to get decent footage from within the paparazzi frenzy. Nicole “Snooki” Polizza tried to get her picture taken, but her security kept putting his hand over her face. Video cameras were everywhere.
I remember, fondly, the days (actually ten years. 1993-2003), when, my guys and I were the only video paparazzi in Hollywood. Then I did “CELEBRITIES UNCENSORED” for E!, now everyone has a video camera. And everyone is shooting for one show or another, in the same space that I had all to myself for so many years. While this is good for the public, as they now get many versions of the celebrity news, it’s bad for us, as we have to compete with all of them for enough cash to pay the rent.
Everyone is a videorazzi, now! I consider them, “My evil spawn!” Madding crowd, as Thomas Hardy might say. Is Gonzo gone? Time will tell.
