The two-time Oscar winner exited out the back door of the Japanese restaurant. She did not wish to be captured with her long-time girlfriend, so she hopped into the back seat of the Prius, and her new girlfriend, Cindy Mort, was in the driver’s seat. Jodie had a naughty grin on her face, as if she was up to mischief. Fans of the great actress might assume that she is straight, but it is a very well known fact in Hollywood, that she is a lesbian. And so what…get over it. Despite the fact that they were in different sections of the automobile, I got a shot of them in the same frame.

Paparazzi Henry’s Star Encounters 9/24/08

SANDRA BULLOCK - I asked Sandra if she watches “Dancing with the Stars.” Bullock: “I am a dancer.” She had an awesome dinner and gave all her friends hugs and kisses before hopping in her chauffeured SUV.

“MR CHOW”—————–

TOM ARNOLD and STEVE TISCH - I enquired of Tom if he views “Dancing with the Stars.” He said he is rooting for his good friend Rocco Dispirito. I asked him what about Rocco’s beautiful partner, KARINA SMIRNOFF. He said she’s great too, if you like girls. He joked that he and Producer Steve Tisch will wed soon. I mentioned that Roseanne was his first love. He responded that he had a couple before that, including the guy across the street. I asked for his opinion on lesbian lovebirds Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson (who I captured last week). Oh yeah, he had something funny to say about that too.

JOYCE GIRAUD - The gorgeous former Miss Puerto Rico and Miss Universe runner-up, greeted me with a hug and kiss.

CAROLINE D’AMORE - I told Caroline’s boyfriend how lucky he is to have her. He agreed with me 100%

SEAN STEWART - Should win a prize for being out every single night. He was with a guy and a girl and they admitted Sean and the girl, but turned his buddy away.

SUMMER ALTICE - Another stunner greeted me warmly.

BRITTNY GASTINEAU - How many beautiful brunettes were in the house tonight?

MARY CAREY and DAVID WEINTRAUB - Last night I caught her with a guy and she said he was just a friend and she would be out with her devoted boyfriend, David Weintraub tonight. Sure enough, she was with David and told me: “See Henry, I told you I would be with David.” Weintraub made a politically incorrect joke about the guy, but I don’t think I will repeat it in this blog. By the way, the club would not let the couple in. Can you believe it? Why the hell would they turn Mary and David away? She looked amazing in a red dress. Yeah, she was the hot lady in red. You know what I have to say about a club that denies Mary and David entry? You suck. Yeah, CROWN SUCKS!

BRITTNY GASTINEAU - Brittny called it an early night but was in the right place to get her photo-op.

AUDRINA PATRIDGE - The hot star came walking along the sidewalk and headed to the back alley, where they were stationed to film “The Hills” inside Crown. More Audrina coming up.

JESSE MCCARTNEY - Last week I criticized the singer for keeping his head low and having a stuck-up attitude. Tonight he was the opposite, so I give him credit. He opened the SUV door for his friends and greeted the paparazzi. Jesse: “What’s up guys? How you doing? Good to see you.” Now, that’s more like it!

CAROLINE D’AMORE - Sweet Caroline and her beau headed off.

LAUREN CONRAD - Just a tiny glimpse of L.C. though the alley, after her filming had completed inside. She made her escape through the back and was not seen.

DAVEIGH CHASE - The stunning actress was shy but warmed up a bit while she waited for her car. She signed a few autographs and smiled for the camera. She climbed into her boyfriend’s SUV and put her feet up.

JOHN BRYAN - The former boyfriend of Sarah Ferguson, The Duchess of York, stopped to say hello. I have known him for several years and he introduced his brother-in-law and posed. I told him to say hello to his gorgeous wife, who was not around.

SEAN STEWART - Wild man Sean exited the club with several girls. He looked extremely contented and actually, very excited.

AUDRINA PATRIDGE and JUSTIN BOBBY - The lovebirds closed down “Crown” and walked across the street to the parking lot. She called out to a friend that her car was there and she didn’t valet. She gave me a couple lovely close-up smiles and showed that beautiful grin. I notified Audrina that she and Bobby should get married and she flashed that charming smile. This girl always has a great attitude and is clearly very happy and enjoying her success. Good for her.

Last night was the Opening Night Gala at The Metropolitan Opera House. I was on the Red Carpet and got some great footage.

Joel Grey at 76 years old looked terrific. Joel has won an Oscar, Tony and Golden Globe in his long career, in film and stage.

There came along 3 very nice looking women, we were told who they were but nobody was listening. We were all just shooting, espescially the one in the tightest black dress.

Parker Posey arrived late but quickly walked the carpet.

The amazing, 50 something Christie Brinkley arrives even later and poses for an eternity.
Since I went all the way down the carpet, I was able to get great footage of Christie exiting her limo and then posing with her reluctant son, Jack.
The photogs who waited back did not get the mother/son shot. Christie arrives so late you can here the voice of the great Renee Fleming singing in the distance.

For you Opera Fans, opening night was a tribute to Ms.Fleming. She performed 3 memorable roles.

She told me he is not her boyfriend and the pair were accompanied by Jamie from “Celebrity Rehab.” I asked Mary if she could win an award, what would it be for? She said it would be for the best tears and she followed that up by saying the award she would receive would be for the best crossover porn star who is the most mainstream. I added that she also ran for Governor of California and that is unique. Mary looked as hot as ever!

MAURICE GREEN - The former Olympic Gold Medalist sprinter is Cheryl Burke’s partner this season on “Dancing with the Stars,” and I asked him what the most exciting thing about being on the show is. Maurice: “Being on it…that’s the most exciting thing.” I asked him if 82 year old Cloris Leachman made a pass at him. He laughed and said that she made a pass at everyone and is so funny and he loves her.

ROMAIN CHAVENT - Shauna Sand’s Frenchman was ready for good times. I notified him that the ladies were waiting for him and to go get them!

ADAM LEVINE - The “Maroon 5″ frontman hung out with his buddies and club-promoters.

LEONARDO DICAPRIO - Leonardo acts like an egotistical bitch! He always goes to great extremes to avoid having his picture taken, as he is just too damn good! People expect me to be polite in my blogs, but with DiCaprio, forget about it! I have to tell it like it is. He is a very good actor but a jerk in person. Before “Titanic,” he was fine and at times even friendly. Since starring in that blockbuster all those years ago, his head blew up and he is just so full of himself. Tonight, he was actually in the drivers seat, but he had security run interference. You can catch a glimpse of him driving by, with his arm covering his face. That’s his technique and he has it down pat.

SEAN STEWART - Sean was in a happy mood and showed off.

BLU CANTRELL - The pretty songbird walked hand-in-hand with her honey. She held a huge black purse and I enquired about it and the contents. Blu said it contained the kitchen sink and cost $5000. British Pop Star Natasha Bedingfield was at Regis and Kelly Live, and had well wishes for Travis Barker and DJ AM, who were injured in a plane crash.

Later I went over to the Gossip Girl set and ran into the same problem as always. An uncooperative actress. Now Blake Lively is being blocked by security as she walks back and forth to the set.

I caught Julianne Moore as she was walking home.
