I covered a major season finale party for “DANCING WITH THE STARS.” My footage is very comprehensive and too time consuming to go into in much detail. Watch the footage, see the fun and listen to watch the stars had to say!
EDYTA SLIWINKSKA and ALEC MAZO - Edyta looked simply glamorous, glamourous, glamourous. Is Alec a lucky guy, or what?
KRISTI YAMAGUCHI - The Olympic champion and former DWTS champion was stoked about the outcome. Kristi said Shawn’s win was awesome and it was a great show tonight. I asked her where she keeps her trophy. Kristi: “At home.”
TOM BERGERON - The host talked all about the results.
STEVE WOZNIAK - The Apple founder declared that there should have been 13 winners. I asked him where his segway was tonight. Steve said they stuck him with a limo but would much rather be on that fun segway.
STEVE-O - I asked the crazy guy if he had any romances when he was on the show. He insisted that he didn’t and that he is dedicated to his girlfriend. I wandered if any of the girls came on to him. Steve-O: “No, surprisingly.”
JEFFREY ROSS - All fun and games for the comic.
DMITRY CHAPLIN - Gave a shout-out to the champion, Shawn Johnson. Shawn could not be at the party…the winners and runners-up flew straight to New York to appear on the morning shows.
JULIANNE HOUGH and CHUCK WICKS - The spicy couple made the scene. I asked Chuck if he would sing at the party. Chuck: “No, I’m going to drink a lot.” How did Julianne feel about Shawn’s victory? Julianne: “Whooh…Shawn Johnson, Shawn Johnson!”
KARINA SMIRNOFF and MAKSIM CHMERKOVSKIY - The beautiful couple arrived and sparks flew! I wished them fun at the party. Maks: “Always!” Karina chatted on her cell with her Mom and signed autographs…multi-tasking! She is so popular and her autographs are much in demand. Did I mention that she looked gorgeous? It’s worth repeating!
MR AND MRS JOHNSON (SHAWN JOHNSON’S PARENTS). I congratulated the smiling couple and her Mom said they are so proud of their daughter.
SNOW URBIN - The lovely and sweet dancer arrived and was ready to join in the festivities. What did she think about Shawn’s victory? Snow: “It was a shocker, wasn’t it? I mean she deserves it...Olympic champion.”
LEN GOODMAN - The British DWTS judge gave his strong opinion on the outcome. He was very casual and discussed his attire. Tomorrow he heads to London, where it has been pouring with rain.
CHELSIE HIGHTOWER - The very cute dancer posed and talked about all kinds of things. I asked her about romance and the kind of guys she likes. She is always so entertaining.
EDYTA SLIWINSKA and ALEC MAZO - More fun with the nice couple.
KYM JOHNSON - The stunning Aussie arrived and greeted her DWTS friends and co-stars, Edyta and Alec. Kym signed some autographs and discussed the show and the outcome. She said she hadn’t seen me in a long time. I missed her, but it was worth waiting for!
WARREN SAPP - Greeted dancers.
DEREK HOUGH and SHANNON ELIZABETH - Another hot couple out on the party scene. I asked Derek if he was going to show his moves. Derek: “Yeah, Man…5 seasons in a row!”
OLIVER TREVENA - Good times ahead for the cool guy.
GENYA MAZO - Party time!
STEVE- O - Chatted and headed off.
LACEY SCHWIMMER and TOM BERGERON - Hung out.
KARINA SMIRNOFF, MAKSIM CHMERKOVSKIY, DEREK HOUGH and SHANNON ELIZABETH - What a foursome! They all looked fantastic and loaded with talent! They had a great time at the party and I enquired who they want as partners next season. Karina said she will be happy with anyone That is sweet! Maks wants her to have a partner who will make it with Karina all the way. Yes, we want her to win that well deserved trophy! Which couple will marry first? Karina: ” I think we should do a wedding together!” She said the party was awesome.
SNOW URBIN - The luscious Snow said she did a lot of mingling at the party. She declared that she wants a man to win DWTS for a change.
JULIANNE HOUGH, CHUCK WICKS and SNOW URBIN - Will Chuck and Julianne do a country album together? Some time in the future, he responded. I think it will be a best seller. Great seeing all of them.

Over the course of the “Dancing with the Stars” season, I got a tremendous amount of fun filled footage of the stars. I’d like to thank all of them for being so pleasant, engaging and friendly. It has been a pleasure!
